The CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium (C2C-CC) offers an Active Membership and a Basic Membership, defined by four membership classes as follows

restricted to vehicle manufacturers only, contributing to the subject matter of the CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium - Associate Member
all other companies contributing to the subject matter of the CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium - Development Member
universities and research organisations contributing to the subject matter of the CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium
Basic C2C-CC Membership (starting from January 2007)
- Basic Member
any person (of a company or organisation) that is interested in the topic and the released results of the CAR 2 CAR Communication Consortium
